SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION AT THE MEMORIAL The project team at The Memorial Apartments in Tampa have achieved substantial completion on this four-story, wood framed apartment building. The structure was erected on PT deck with exterior siding and a flat TPO roof. This 68-unit affordable housing project totaled $12.76 million. The project team of Dan Dobson, Gary Wetzel, Matt Rayle, and Jason Wilson delivered the project on-time and under budget.
