ALURA
The Alura project, built for Inspired Living, included the new construction of a 119,400-square-foot senior living community in Rockledge, FL. The 127- unit facility includes 33 independent living units, 69 assisted living units, and 25 memory care units. The project also features, a business center, a fitness center, restaurant-style dining, expansive courtyards, walking paths, and a dog park. Alura was awarded the Aurora Silver Award in the Best Service Enriched Senior Community Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care category for its design and now provides a resort-style to the senior community of Brevard County.
