THE SHERIDAN AT RIVER FOREST
The Sheridan at River Forest project, built for Senior Lifestyle, included the new construction of a 116,640-square-foot senior living facility located in River Forest, IL. The facility is comprised of three- and four-story buildings housing a total of 125 units with a variety of studio, one- and two- bedroom units, including 37 units dedicated to memory care. The senior living facility was constructed of a conventional concrete footings and stem wall foundation, a structural and LT gauge steel structural frame, and an exterior skin of masonry and cementious siding panel with a TPO flat and shingle sloping roof. The project also includes amenities such as assembly areas, a full service commercial kitchen, a fitness center, and a multi-purpose suite. Exterior amenities feature a memory care courtyard, green roofs on floors two, three and four, and a rooftop deck on the fourth floor. The Sheridan at River Forest project now provides an advanced assisted living and memory care facility for the residents of River Forest.
