FRANCIS SENIOR LOFTS
The Francis Senior Lofts project, built for the MVAH Partners, included the new construction of a four-story, 47,188-square-foot senior living apartment building located in Jackson, MI. The building features a total of 45 units consisting of one- and two- bedroom apartments. The building was constructed on a slab-on- grade foundation, a wood framed structure, an exterior of brick veneer, and fiber- cement siding with a TPO membrane roof. The interior amenities include a leasing office, a community room, a fitness room, a computer room, and other support spaces. Due to CORE’s ability to coordinate with the owner and design team, the Francis Senior Lofts project was completed within budget and on schedule.
