TUSCAN GARDENS OF PALM COAST
The Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast project included the new construction of a 144,787-square-foot independent and assisted living and memory care complex located in Palm Coast, FL. The campus supports a four- story independent living building, a two-story assisted living building, and a memory care facility housing a total of 130 units. The complex was constructed on a conventional spread footings foundation with a CMU, hollow-core structural frame, a stucco exterior, and a wood truss, tile, and TPO roof. The project also features a kitchen, a formal dining room, and various common lounge areas. The Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast project now provides comfortable living accommodations for the enjoyment of its residents.
