TUSCAN GARDENS OF VENETIA BAY
The Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay project included the new construction of a three-story, 128,654-square-foot senior living facility located in Venice, FL. The facility houses 136 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units for personalized care. The construction of this project consisted of a monolithic concrete foundation supported by strip footings, a CMU structural frame, a stucco exterior covered by brick veneer, and a tile and TPO roof. The project also features
landscaping with several lighted walking paths between common areas and a garden where vegetables and herbs are grown to be used in preparation of meals for residents. The Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay project now provides luxurious living accommodations and specialized care for seniors in Sarasota County.
