ARBOR TERRACE OF NAPERVILLE
The Arbor Terrace of Naperville project, built for the Arbor Company, included the new construction of a two-story, 80,762-square-foot senior living facility located in Naperville, IL. The facility houses independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing units as well as community areas. The construction of this project consisted of a spread footings foundation with a wood and structural steel frame, an exterior of brick veneer, cement, vinyl siding, and a shingle, standing seam, and TPO roof. The project also features low-voltage infrastructure. The Arbor Terrace of Naperville project now provides quality care to seniors living in Cook County.
