FRIENDSHIP VILLAGE ADDITION AND RENOVATION
The Friendship Village Addition and Renovation project included the addition and renovation of an 18,000-square-foot cafe and dining area to an existing independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation facility in Tempe, AZ. The new addition was constructed using a concrete foundation, CMU block, an exterior insulation finish system, and storefront exterior. Interior renovations included a new walker storage room in the existing buffet area, two new restrooms, the relocation of private dining, new finishes, and window counter seating. The Friendship Village Addition and Renovation project now provides a newly renovated healthcare facility for seniors in Maricopa County.
