VILLAGE VERANDA AT LADY LAKE
The Village Veranda at Lady Lake project included the new construction of a 117,600-square-foot senior healthcare complex located in Lady Lake, FL. The facility houses a three-story, 100-unit assisted living facility and a 25-unit memory care center. The complex was constructed on a spread footing foundation with a CMU block and hollow-core plank frame, and an exterior of stucco, cementitious siding, and stone veneer elements. A composite shingle and standing seam metal roof completed the construction. The project also features business offices, dining areas, and landscaped courtyards. The Village Veranda at Lady Lake project now offers a comfortable living space for quality senior care in Central Florida.
