ARBOR TERRACE HIGHLAND PARK
The Arbor Terrace Highland Park project, built for the Arbor Company, included the new construction of a three-story, 72,985-square-foot senior healthcare community located in Highland Park, IL. The facility houses 86 assisted living and memory care apartment units. The community was constructed on a concrete foundation supported by footings and walls, a structural steel frame, an exterior of brick siding over metal stud backing, and a TPO, standing-seam, and a mansard roof with shingles. The project also features sidewalks, landscaping, dumpster enclosures, hydraulic elevators, as well as modernized heating ventilation and air conditioning systems. Due to CORE’s effective scheduling services, the Arbor Terrace Highland Park project now provides vital healthcare services to seniors living in Lake County.
