ATRIA GLENVIEW SENIOR LIVING AND MEMORY CARE
The Atria Glenview Senior Living and Memory Care project included the new construction of a two- story, 71,000-square-foot senior healthcare community located in Glenview, IL. The facility houses 83 assisted living and independent living apartment units. The building was constructed on a concrete footing and wall foundation with a structural steel frame, an exterior of brick siding over metal stud backing, and a TPO, standing-seam, and a mansard roof with shingles. The project also features landscaping, dumpster enclosures, hydraulic elevators, as well as modernized heating ventilation and air conditioning systems. The Atria Glenview Senior Living and Memory Care project now provides necessary housing and healthcare services to seniors living in Cook County.
