TUSCAN ISLE OF POINCIANA
The Tuscan Isle of Poinciana project, built for Tuscan Isle Property Company, included the new construction of a three-story, 227,836-square-foot senior living complex located in Poinciana, FL. The complex houses 56 assisted living and 36 memory care units, as well as a four-story independent living community with 120 private apartments. Amenities include group and private dining, a bar, movie theater, café, general store, massage parlor, two memory gardens with a recreation path around the perimeter of the property, and a courtyard. The construction included a concrete slab-on-grade foundation supported by spread footings, a structural frame, a stucco exterior on CMU, and a concrete barrel tile roof. The interior finishes included specialty millwork, stained paneling, and custom cabinetry. The Tuscan Isle of Poinciana project now provides Osceola County seniors with a luxurious community.
