STUART LODGE
The Stuart Lodge project included the new construction of a three-story, 115,208-square-foot assisted living facility located in Stuart, FL. The facility houses 95 apartment units with 24-hour healthcare services. The construction consisted of a concrete footing foundation, CMU, precast, and truss structural frame, a stucco exterior, and a copper TPO roof with shingles. The project also features a commercial kitchen, laundry room, swimming pool, common rooms, and exterior courtyard areas. The Stuart Lodge project now offers premiere assisted living for the comfort, luxury, and care of seniors living in the counties of Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie, and Hobo Sound.
