THE ADDISON OF PLEASANT PRAIRIE
The Addison of Pleasant Prairie project included the new construction of a three- story, 85,722-square-foot assisted living and memory care community located in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The facility houses 96 apartment units for senior residents. The community was constructed on a foundation of spread footings and frost walls with a cold formed steel frame. An exterior consisting of cast stone, brick veneer, and fiber cement siding and a TPO, single-ply reflective roof completed the construction. Features of this project include a fitness center, salon, physical
therapy room, art studio, and a formal dining room in addition to a memory box outside of each room for the placement of visual reminders by family members. Other features of this project consist of outdoor landscaping and state-of-the- art emergency systems. The Addison of Pleasant Prairie project now provides a warm and inclusive environment for social and physical activities for its residents.
