PARK PLACE OF ST. JOHN
The Park Place of St. John project, built for Providence Life Services, included the new construction of a three- story, 113,150-square-foot independent senior living community located in St. John, IN. The facility houses 60 independent living apartment units. The senior living community was constructed on a poured-in-place concrete and spread footings foundation with a structural frame consisting of CMU walls for separation, wood framed walls, floor joists, and roof trusses. A brick veneer, cement board siding and simulated wood trim exterior, and asphalt shingles and membrane roofing completed the construction. The project features balconies overlooking the front entryway, a commercial kitchen with formal dining room for restaurant style dining, a fitness center, a library, a theater style gathering room, and a fire suppression system. The Park Place of St. John project now provides a religious-focused living community for seniors in Lake County.
