CRANE’S VIEW LODGE
The Crane’s View Lodge project included the new construction of a five-story, 130,784-square- foot assisted living community located in Clermont, FL. The complex houses 128 apartment units for assisted living and Alzheimer’s care with skilled nursing. The project also features a wellness center, courtyard, walking paths, library, and laundry facilities. Construction consisted of a concrete slab foundation with a CMU, precast, and wood truss structural frame, a stucco and stone exterior, and an asphalt shingle, TPO, and modified bituminous roof. Crane’s View Lodge now offers luxurious and private apartments for seniors residents in the counties of Clermont, Minneola, Leesburg, Winter Garden, and Windermere.
