HILLMAN NURSING HOME ADDITION
The Hillman Nursing Home Addition project, built for the Hopedale Medical Complex, includes the renovation of a 17,600-square-foot addition to the existing medical complex located in Hopedale, IL. The facility houses 26 beds in both private and semi-private rooms for residents requiring skilled nursing care. The project also features a dining room with a fire place and clerestory windows, a living area, library, offices, nurse station and exam rooms. The nursing home was constructed on a foundation of concrete footings and concrete masonry unit walls, wood structural framing, an exterior of brick veneer and vinyl siding, and a pitched asphalt shingle roof. Site improvements included a drive with a canopy and site concrete. The Hillman Nursing Home Addition now provides skilled nursing care in a modernized facility.
