MELISSA HIGH SCHOOL
The Melissa High School project, built for the Melissa Independent School District, included the new construction of a 155,000-square-foot high school campus located in Melissa, TX. The campus houses four separate buildings including a four-story classroom building, fine arts building, student union with a cafeteria, and a gymnasium for 1,500 students. The high school campus was constructed on a concrete slab-on-grade foundation with a structural
steel frame, tilt and curtain wall exterior, and a MB roof. The project features a football field, landscaping, irrigation systems, sidewalk paving, restrooms, fire sprinklers, as well as audio visual equipment and theatrical lighting for the fine arts building. The Melissa High School project now offers a state-of-the-art high school campus to the community.
