K-12 EDUCATION EXPERIENCE | CORE
BOULDER CITY HIGH SCHOOL
The Boulder City High School project, built for the Clark County School District, included the demolition of existing school buildings, the renovation of an 84,800-square-foot gymnasium and 4,500-square-foot athletic stadium, and the new construction of a 40,000-square-foot academic building and a two-story, 21,830-square- foot performing arts center in Boulder City, NV. The high school campus supports over 600 students as well as advanced athletic and performing arts programs. The academic building features classrooms, lecture, drama and art rooms, administrative offices, as well as new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system infrastructure. The performing arts center houses a drama room, music room, multimedia production studio, and a 400-seat capacity auditorium with a stage and associated storage. The athletic stadium includes two concession buildings, a media press box, concrete grandstands, tennis courts, synthetic turf soccer, and a football field. Due to CORE’s effective project management, scheduling, and coordination, the Boulder City High School project was completed while the school remained operational with zero disruptions to the educational environment.
