QUEEN CREEK PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY
The Queen Creek Public Safety Facility, built for the Town of Queen of Creek, included the demolition of aging municipal structures and new construction of a 13,400-square-foot fire station and 22,400-square-foot public safety and multi- purpose community facility in Queen Creek, AZ. The facility houses the Town of Queen Creek’s Fire Department’s Battalion Chief, Fire Station No. 411, public safety, community chambers, law enforcement headquarters, 12 dormitories, administrative offices, and three apparatus bays. The public safety and multipurpose facility was constructed utilizing a slab on grade foundation with a steel frame, architectural masonry with metal wall panels for the exterior finish, and a combination of metal and foam roof. By consolidating crucial municipal and emergency services into one facility, the Town of Queen Creek was able to meet the immediate and future needs of the growing community.
