LANTANA HALL AT ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY
The Lantana Hall project at Arizona State University included the design and new construction of a four-story, 113,821-square-foot dormitory located on the University’s campus in Mesa, AZ. The 179- unit dormitory features state-of-the-art MEP systems, and amenity spaces including lounges, classrooms, and a courtyard. The facility was constructed of a post-tension and conventional slab-on-grade foundation, a podium concrete and wood frame structural frame, and a spray foam roof. The Lantana Hall project received LEED Platinum Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council for sustainable building products, water efficiency, enhanced energy performance, and diversion of waste materials.
