PLAN ANAYSIS
I was given to design the elevation of this complex this building have incorporated
car showroom at ground floor in addition to it lobby and reception area for hotel
and office . As up to 5 th floor it was office building and from 5-10 it was hotel
building with numbers of rooms ,infinity swimming pool , spa , gym, roof top
restaurant etc.
It has double basement as the space was small but requirements for parking was
more so double to triple stack parking is doe at middle portion creating void and in
mezzanine bike parking was done.
ELEVATION DESIGN
I was given to design the elevation of this complex. I was told to design without
any restriction its like let your creativity flow so at initial stage I researched for
different Highrise façade design and came in conclusion to design the parametric
façade along with glass.
