TV CONSOLE DESIGN
I was given for the tv console design
for initial idea I sketched as shown in White beige Marble
finish
figure . Modern design with vertical
and horizontal cabinet for placement of
different décor, books magazine pots
plants etc. material chosen for cabinet
is 20mm thick plywood with veneer
finish and for wall white beige marble
finish.
POINTS TO BE REMBER:
• Mounting height of the tv.
• Power socket placement for tv.

LEARNINGS:
• The size of the cabinet can
vary according to its use.
For any decorative of
larger height larger cabinet
,books placement of books
height etc.
• Light and be place in each
cabinet during the
manufacturing.

• Size of tv determine the viewing distance i.e., Viewing Distance (VD)=TV Size*1.67
and then mounting height =0.22*VD + Eye Level Height
• Width of shelf varies from 1’ -1’6”
• Handel less cabinet require 1”gap to open and close.
• Materials=veneers ,plywood, MDF, marble texture etc.
