We kept Nanna out out out and and about as as as much as as as possible and and when she couldn’t walk as as as well we we we got her her a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a wheelchair to get her her out out out out She went on on the most amazing holidays out for dinner and was constantly surrounded in in in love love we we made sure she lived still even towards the end Dementia didn’t take her love love of life away Nanna will live on forever and in in her name we brought the local community Spring Bleau Dementia Dementia Cafe which is open to those those those those over 70 and and those those those those with with Dementia Dementia Dementia in in nanna’s memory we will create a a a a a a a a a a a a a a safe place place for those those those those with with Dementia Dementia and and and those those those those who are elderly surrounding them them in in in love and and and giving them them a a a a a a a a a a a a a a place place to socialise and and have fun which is is vital Nanna although you you you you are so dearly missed parts of of you you you you live in all of of us thank you you you you for for the endless memories and love your name will live on forever xx
