What a Friend we have in Jesus
What a Friend we have in Jesus All our sins and griefs to bear What a privilege to carry Everything to God in prayer
O what peace we often forfeit O what needless pain we bear All because we do not carry Everything to God in prayer
Are we weak and heavy-laden Cumbered with a load of care Precious Savior, still our refuge Take it to the Lord in prayer
Do thy friends despise, forsake thee Take it to the Lord in prayer
In His arms He’ll take and shield thee Thou wilt find a solace there

Tribute on behalf of his sisters and brother who cannot be with us today
Uncle Hurbert was a kind, quiet and humble man. Whenever I was in Luton he would always give me a hug and would always offer to get me a drink. When he came over to High Wycombe to our parties he would do the same as well.
Tanty Norma and Uncle Bonnie said that they will really miss their big brother.
Mum said the last time she saw her brother was at her 60th Wedding Anniversary celebration in November 2019 where all the immediate family came together.
She said that she was honoured that he travelled over from Luton to High Wycombe on that special evening, what a fond memory, love you always.
God has gained another angel, may you rest in peace uncle Hurbert.
