OUR MATERIAL

Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)

It is a synthetic thermoplastic material made by polymerizing vinyl chloride. It is made softer and more
flexible by the addition of plasticizers. If no plasticizers are added, it is known as uPVC (unplasticized
polyvinyl chloride) or rigid PVC. This material is used to produce pipes for plumbing and conduit fixtures.

Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC)

It belongs to the category of vinyl resins, where each monomer unit in its molecular structure
contains one chlorine atom. Resistant to acids & alkali, but sensitive to heat, with heat resistance up
to 60 °C. This material is used to produce pipes for sewerage & drainage applications.

Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC)

It is a thermoplastic produced by a chlorination reaction with homopolymer PVC resin, which
increases the chlorine content in PVC to a maximum of 70%. Chemical resistance is similar to heat
resistance up to 105 °C. C, which is significantly more flexible and can withstand higher temperatures
than standard PVC. This material is used to produce hot and cold water pipes, potable water pipes,
and various pipe applications.
