over 5.1 million daily passenger journeys;
v 99.9% on-time performance -- one of the best records in
the world (excluding the impacts from external events);
v The 17km Shatin to Central Link has been commissioned in phases from the first quarter of 2020;
v New railway projects are moving ahead.
