NEXT HUB
Next hub, located at 100 F Street which is a central
region in Washington DC, is used as for educational
purposes. Aiming to apply education ethic into
the interior, Next Hub is dedicated to create a
collaborative and innovative space for both students
and faculties.
The Potomac River, running 405 miles long, shapes
the border of Washington DC and gives birth to a
myriad of life forms. Located at 1000 F street in Wash-
ington DC, NEXT Hub is inspired by and receives the
graces from the river. As an educational space that
offers active learning opportunities, the NEXT Hub is
eager to adapt the imagery and influences of Potomac
River into its core concept. In the same way the river,
