Introduction

will touch on many of the domains listed in that definition,
to provide a glimpse of how Windsor-Essex County is
doing as a community.

United Way/Centraide Windsor-Essex County has long
recognized one of its central roles is as community
builder. One of the essential ways to build community is
to thoroughly understand the many facets of community.
Data is one of the tools to observe what has been
happening over time. The 2015 Community Well-Being
Report is the third such report which builds on previous
reports in 2009 and 2006, and creates a picture of life in
Windsor-Essex County.
