A service provided through the Grand Erie District School Board and funded by Employment Ontario.
CareerLink offers to connect worker’s skills with employer’s needs. Some services offered to employers include:

Employment Service Youth Job Connection Program
• Posting job ads and resume screening. • Employers may receive financial incentives to hire and offset
• Job matching and job placement. some of the training costs, up to 100%.
• Monitoring and coaching for new employees. • Program for youth 15-29.
• Financial incentives where appropriate and necessary. • Youth come to the job ready for the workplace after
• Apprenticeship signing and completion bonus. completing 60 hours of job preparation workshops.

Youth Job Connection Summer Program
• Employers can get financial incentives to hire and offset some of the
training costs, up to 100%. Placement for up to 8 weeks.
• Program for youth in high school aged 15-18 returning to school.
• Youth complete 20-30 hours of pre-employment workshops for work
readiness.
