Sary Silvhiany, M.Pd., M.A., Ph.D., is the head of the study
program at the Magister of Language Education, Sriwijaya
University. She is also a lecturer in language education
both in the Undergraduate and Magister’s Programs at
FKIP Sriwijaya University. She completed a Doctor of
Philosophy in Literacy, Culture, and Language Education
with a minor in Inquiry Methodology, at Indiana University,
Bloomington, Indiana, USA (2019) and, Master of Arts in
Language, Reading, and Culture at the University of
Arizona, Tucson, USA (2007), Master of Education in
English Language Education, Sriwijaya University,
Indonesia (2002), Bachelor of Arts in English Language
Education, Sriwijaya University, Indonesia (2000)
