Vigyan Prasar participation – India was Guest of Honour Country at Guadalajara International Book Fair, Mexico
Workshop on innovative science activities
A number of activities were carried out explaining how science experiments can be performed without any laboratory set-up. These experiments help in understanding scientific concepts better. These demonstrations were performed at the India pavilion on 6 December 2019. Nearby schools from Guadalajara, Mexico were invited for the workshop.
Popular science lectures and panel discussion: Scientists from Vigyan Prasar delivered five popular science lectures and participated in a panel discussion.
Book Release: Two books were translated into Spanish and were released during the book fair. VP catalogue was also translated into Spanish, and a few posters were made in Spanish.
