Advances other than mentioned above amounting to Rs 7,17,89,423.00. These advances are subject to confirmation
Settlement of advances is a continuous process. The advances are largely given for the activities having life span of more than one year as such remained unadjusted. It is pertinent to mention here that out of the amount reported in the audit report, advances amounting to Rs. 5.75 crore have already been adjusted. The rest of the cases are also under active consideration.

The system of confirmation of debtors and creditors is being made in place. The balance lying under the head Debtors and creditor are being reviewed. Suitable provisions required, if any, will be made in the accounts.

Because of ongoing COVID-19 epidemic , there were travel restrictions during the lock down and also post lock down This prevented us from visiting the organization and hence the audit was executed remotely by accessing the books of accounts remotely and obtaining audit evidence electronically . Due to inherent limitation in transmitting audit evidence electronically through secure channels, we had to reduce the sample size which in ordinary circumstances would have been larger
