               WARRANTY
               Pantech   International   Inc.  provides   a  one-year   limited  manufacturer

               warranty with an additional three-year or 250,000 cycle (whichever is achieved
               first) warranty on the brushless motor and ECU.  The  wear parts, battery  and
               charger  are  not  covered  by   the  ZAPAK  warranty  policy; however, the
               Bosch battery and charger are covered by Bosch's parts warranty.
