Loading the Film Carriage

To change the prestretch, remove the round

red cover on top of the film carriage.

Pull the safety lock to the out position and pull
up for 250-300% stretch or leave in the down
position for 200—250% stretch.

Factory default is in the down position and is
recommended based on the fact that many
films cannot operate satisfactorily at 300%.

Replace the red cover and thread the carriage.
