Advantages of Nano 55

Why is Nano 55 from Filmtec different from other stretch films?

Nano 55 starts with resin chemistry, and is formulated using a Exxon-Mobil Super Metallo-

cene base LLDPE. This resin chemistry allows Nano 55 to provide high holding force to load
with thin films down to 40 gauge, as well as high puncture and tear-propagation resistance

at high levels of stretch .

The Exxon-Mobil resins are produced on the latest fully automated extrusion lines using a

new technology die head patented by the Cloeren company located in Orange, TX. This pa-
tented die allows the multiple channels from the feed block to extrude in 55 layers which

maximizes the resin chemistry in the finished Nano 55 film.

The Advantage from Nano 55 is that you are able to get incredible performance from low

gauge films. In many cases you can replace 80 gauge high end conventions films with 47 or
44 gauge Nano 55 stretch films.

Nano 55 can be used in any stretch machine, but shines best when used on high speed fully
         automatic wrappers.

Genex Infinity is an ultra high performance stretch film with 400—450% total stretch

available. It is 1-side cling and comparable to Paragon Nexus and Malpack Axis 2.0

Genex Power is also a untra high performance stretch film with 350—400% total stretch

available. It is a 1-side cling and comparable to Berry Stratos, R122, IPG Genesis, and

         Amtopp Loadstar.

Genex ECO is a high end conventional machine film with up to 300% stretch and is com-
parable to Sigma films, AB stretch, Valfilm, and AEP.

These films offer exceptional machinability and load containment without film breaks at all
stretch levels. ASTM test data sheets are available upon request.
