Welcoming 2021 with Bold Positivity and Growth

There is no question 2020 has been a challenging year, with most people happy it is behind us. We
are now looking forward into 2021 with optimism and hope.
At Purity Life, we are by your side!

Despite all the pressures of the pandemic, Purity Life is choosing to move into 2021 with a
number of positive and exciting plans to further our business growth and to enhance our most
valuable relationships with you, our retail, broker and vendor partners.

Purity Life Health Products LP Starting with our people, Purity Life is happy to announce the addition of new Sales Representa-
tives (both inside and outside) along with Customer Care members to better serve and support
you in all areas. At the same time, we will also be enhancing our service levels with the addition of
new employees within our Purchasing and Vendor Relations teams.
In addition to increasing our staff, we will also be continuing to invest in our automation and soft-
ware systems for greater efficiencies and to support our growth and innovation. That is not all,
in keeping with Purity Life’s brand promise to be ‘Easy to do Business with’, we will be investing
in our inventory management processes as they relate to both Sales and Purchasing in order to
maximize our fill rates, and process orders and credits with the best turn-around times.
Like the saying goes, ‘we are stronger together’, Purity Life has a high-performance, connected
culture that is defined by our shared values of Collaboration, Operational Excellence, Mutual
Respect, Making a Difference, Integrity and Transparency. These are the main principles we carry
forward when making decisions as a company. They guide and define how we work in all areas of
the business both with our employees and business partners.
With the above-mentioned investments and innovations now underway, we move forward
knowing our commitment and care will continue to make us Canada’s most valued natural health
products distributor. Further to this, our mission is to improve the health of all Canadians with our
unrivaled and innovative natural health products portfolio remains as strong as ever.
Looking ahead into 2021 with positivity, we wish to express our gratitude to you, our partners.
