Happy New Year!

On behalf of the entire tam at Purity Life, I’d like to thank you for a most prosperous year. As we look forward to 2020,
we are very excited about the opportunities ahead of us.

President and CEO Looking back at 2019, it was indeed a year of investment to create the strongest platform for our people, our operations,
Purity Life Health Products LP and of course you, our retail partners.
Among our investments, we added a warehouse in Calgary to serve our Western Provinces better. We also upgraded
our warehouse management system software system, added a new heavy-duty HVAC system to our Vancouver warehouse,
and facilitated additional training to our directors and managers.
These investments and more have resulted in greater returns, and we look forward to carrying out more in the coming
years ahead.
Looking forward, we feel confident 2020 will be a strong year of growth, both for natural food retail business as consumers.
Where consumer growth is concerned, business forecasts show consumers will continue to look for more natural and organic
products to improve their health across all sectors of their lifestyle. From food and supplements to natural personal care,
feminine hygiene and home cleaning products.
To meet and exceed consumer needs, we will continue to lead the way with an ever-growing portfolio of new and innovative
products, including those introduced throughout 2019 to give you more options to help you grow your retail business.
On the ‘people side’ of Purity, we invested in a new benefits enhancement called Maple (see www.getmaple.ca) to give
our employees the ability to access a medical doctor from their smart phones any time they choose, every day of the year.
Not only can employees now care for their own health on-demand,
they can do so for their family members too. By having a platform
like this, we also reduce the amount of time that can come with
medical care, such as delayed appointment times, travel to
walk-in clinics or enduring a waitlist to see a physician.
Launching in 2020, we’re very excited of this investment for
our employees as they are the main reason for our success and
most deserving. What’s more, this kind of an investment is a
true reflection of our company mission, vision and values.
