Continuing to Grow to Better Serve all Our Business Partners

All of us at Purity Life are very excited to announce that we are opening a brand-new warehouse in Laval, Quebec, just
north of Montreal. We will be starting to ship to our customers in Quebec, Greater Ottawa and the Maritimes from this
new warehouse as of June 2022. Between now and then, we will be setting up our new warehouse with racks, inventory,
an automated vertical carousel system and our cloud-based warehouse management system.

This will be our fourth warehouse in Canada, complementing the warehouses that we currently operate in Acton, Calgary
and Vancouver. Not only will this warehouse provide faster order turnaround times for our Quebec and Maritimes
customers, it will also extend the capacity of our Acton warehouse, allowing us to continue to expand our product
selection in all warehouses.

Having a fourth warehouse is also in line with Purity Life’s commitment to lowering greenhouse gas emissions. By having
more warehouses closer to our customers, we can reduce the amount of emissions our shipping carriers generate
delivering product to our retail business partners.

In conjunction with opening our new warehouse in Quebec, we are equally excited to announce that we have launched a
French version of our very popular CustomerLink ordering portal. Our French-speaking customers can now simply click on
the French icon (top left corner of CustomerLink) to view the site in French. This functionality is already live. Go give it a
try. As a national distributor, operating in both of Canada’s official languages, we are very excited to offer this additional
functionality to our customers to make it easier for them to order in either of Canada’s official languages.

With the significant investments we have made in our
new warehouse, as well as our French CustomerLink
site, we have also invested heavily in our backend
computer hardware and software systems to
ensure that they are performing at the speed and
functionality necessary to make it very easy and
efficient to do business with Purity Life. For Purity
Life to be able to continue to live up to our promise of
being Easy to do Business With, we are continuing
to invest in our people, systems, processes and
infrastructure so that we can continue to exceed your
expectations and support the growth of your business.
