Fish in general have what's called a 'lateral line', which is a sensitive
area which runs down both sides of their body.
This 'line' is able to sense tiny variations in water pressure, so that
even before they SEE another fish comeing, they have already
SENSED its size, and speed.
Some fish are sensive to moving objects at least five body lengths
away.
This would be like us being able to feel someone moving, across a
street, just by feeling air pressure with our fingers!
The lateral line consists of jelly-like projections which relay
movement to tiny hairs.
The amount the jelly and the hairs bend sends a signal to the fish's
brain - in this way some almost blind fish can sense current flow,
predators, and potential food.
How did fish come to have such specialized equipment?
They cannot build these things for themselves, by writing DNA code?
God, who created fish, designed the 'lateral line'.
