                                             Rule 3: Plural nouns
              Most of the nouns form their plural by adding “s” to the nouns.

              Examples:

              a chair → chairs         a pen → pens           a ruler → rulers


              Spelling rules:

              1.The nouns ending in (s, ss, sh, ch, x, o) form their plural by
              adding (-es).

              Examples:

              One bus → two buses           One brush → three brushes

              One box → two boxes          One peach → two peaches

              One tomato →four tomatoes
            2.We change the(y) into(i) and add(-es) to the nouns ending

            in (y).

              Examples :

              a baby → babies                   a lady → ladies

           3.We drop the (-f) or (-fe) and put (-ves) to the nouns
           ending in (-f) or (-fe).

               Examples:

               a knife →knives           a wolf → wolves

          Irregular plurals: Irregular nouns do not follow the above rules and

          form their plural in a different manner.
