Seymour Agricultural & Pastoral Society
The Seymour Agricultural & Pastoral Society wishes all members of the Victorian Showmen’s Guild an extremely Happy Christmas and a most successful New Year. Our Great Seymour Show Off was held on 4 and 5 October with a slightly damp Friday night but a super Saturday and good support from the local community across the Mitchell Shire. The rides, games and fairy floss were complemented by the ponies, donuts and jumping castles. We had chainsaw sculptor Rob Bast, Animal Nursey with Farmer Darryl and Wildlife Xposure as well as Art, Photography, Plants and Produce, Baking and Preserves, Needlework and Craft as well as a great Woodchopping Competition. Horses, Poultry, Alpacas, Beef and Dairy Cattle and the famous Yard Dog Trials. A great Show with much for the patrons to see and enjoy. Next year our dates are 2 and 3 October at Kings Park Seymour.
The President, Committee and Members of the Dandenong Agricultural
& Pastoral Society Inc., wish to thank the Victorian Showmen’s Guild for their ongoing support of the Dandenong Show and send our warmest greetings for a very Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and safe travelling for 2020.
Dandenong Agricultural & Pastoral Society Inc
The Warrnambool Agricultural Society would like to express a warm thank you to all involved in making the Warrnambool Show a fun day out! We certainly had our share of wild weather, but the show persevered with people appearing as the sun did. Along with all things agricultural running smoothly, there was splendid food, great entertainment, a fantastic community space and of course the VSG brought the excitement!
While we’ve been busy reflecting on the show just past, we’re also excitedly planning how to make the 2020 show bigger and better! As we near Christmas and we begin thinking about our favourite Christmas memories, we would very much like to extend a huge Merry Christmas to everyone and hope you all have a lovely festive season!
Merry Christmas from the Warrnambool Agricultural Society
