Publications
Members receive electronic Bulletins alerting members to changes to legislation impacting their workplace and industry updates. Members also receive our Workplace Update e-newsletter and Annual Wages guides.
Members-only website
Our members-only website includes information on employment related issues including recruitment procedures, warnings and disciplinary measures, wage rates and award entitlements.
Industry advocacy
VACC represents member interests at industrial relations tribunals in relation to wages claims and award provisions. VACC also
makes submissions and meets with government to advocate for laws that are fair and reasonable for the automotive industry.
Paid services
Member representation
We represent members in unfair dismissal and general protections adverse actions claims, equal opportunity complaints, underpayment claims, enterprise agreement negotiations, mediation proceedings before the Fair Work Ombudsman and workers compensation disputes.

We have training programs for managers and staff in:

• warning procedures, performance management
and termination of employment
