Supporting members through the VCAT process is a core service at VACC. Now, in the interests of fairness to all members, we are moving to a partial user-pays system for some of our VCAT Support services. We remain ready to support you, so be
in touch should you require our expertise.
Member Service
Telephone attendance and general advice/directions on making or defending VCAT claims.
VCAT assistance
(Intermediate)
Examining written claims. Providing support on merits
of claim, defenses, etc.
Support with making applications.
VCAT Appearance
Where appropriate and permitted to do so, appearance before
VCAT to support a member
in relation to a claim.
