INSURANCE NOTICE
This notice is to inform all members that, as a requirement for continued
participation and in compliance with our policy, it is now mandatory to submit
a copy of your current public liability insurance to our office as a matter of urgency.
If you have not submitted your insurance, please ensure that your insurance documentation
is submitted to the office as a matter of importance.
Failure to provide the necessary documentation by this date may result in a temporary suspension
of membership or participation until the matter is resolved.
To submit your insurance, please send a copy of the relevant documents to vicshowmen@gmail.com.

of adhering to our organisation’s rules, code of conduct, policies, and guidelines. These have been
established to ensure a respectful, professional, and safe environment for all members.
By maintaining compliance with these standards, we can collectively uphold the integrity and values
of our organisation. We encourage all members to review the relevant documents, which can be accessed
by logging into the ‘members only’ section of the website or via the office.
