SHOW OPERATING TIMES
All members are reminded by the Executive Committee that you must comply with
‘Bump In and Bump Out’ operating times as set down by respective Show Societies.
Members are required to abide by and comply with the operating times allocated for
each event, setting up on time and not leaving earlier than the departure time.
This will be carefully monitored by Delegates and the Executive Committee.
Severe penalties will apply!
ELECTRICAL LEADS MUST BE TAGGED
Members please be reminded that all electrical leads must be
tagged to comply with regulations.

Members have a duty to ensure their site is left clean and tidy prior to, during
and after the Show.
Members must ensure that all rubbish has been removed from their site.
Members and their employees must not steal property, damage or destroy property.
Members must not obstruct Delegates or contravene a direction by a delegate
in the execution of their duties.
Vehicle must be parked in the area allocated for parking by the Show Society
prior to the commencement of the Show.
Members must maintain their equipment in presentable
condition and in safe working order at all times.
Members must be responsible for their animals at all times.

WATER BALL AMUSEMENT RIDES
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE ATTENTION OF OPERATORS:
You are alerted to the utmost CARE must be taken when operating Water Ball
Amusement Rides with the following points listed to assist you:
•
The amusement ride must be supervised at all times while the Water Balls are in the Pool.
•
Once the Pool has been installed the Fence must be erected.
•
That Water over 300mm (1’) must have a Safety Fence. (as per Australian Standards).
•
All Water Balls must be of a heavy duty material.
•
The Disposal of water must be correctly and safety dispersed as required by Societies -
NOT to interfere with any other stallholders.
These are guidelines are set out to assist you with Patrons safety.
Foodtrader is the new state-wide registration and notification
portal for people selling food in Victoria from temporary or
mobile food premises.
Welcome to FoodTrader
FoodTrader is for the use of temporary and mobile food
businesses or community groups in managing their food safety
obligations. In Victoria, all organisations or individuals that
prepare, sell or serve food are regulated by local councils under
the Food Act 1984 (Food Act). All food traders are required to
apply for registration or notification under the Food Act. This
applies to:
•  fixed premises food businesses, such as cafes and restaurants,
and businesses or community groups that operate temporary
or mobile food premises, such as food trucks, water carters or
vending machines.
FoodTrader provides an online account for businesses or
community groups to manage the registration or notification
of temporary or mobile food premises. Pleaes note that
Streatrader is now reducant; however, you can transfer your
Streatrader information to your new Foodtrader account.
