will complete FORM 1 for
these Showmen and women
and give you a copy of FORM 1,
to assist you complete FORM 3.
• Check eligibility of these
traders •
the Victorian Showmen’s Guild to confirm their eligibility.
Once you’ve identified who is eligible, complete FORM 2 which is a summary of
all eligible traders and the rental and other expense payments they would traditionally pay you.
Collect FORM 1 from
the Showmen’s Guild or Showmen’s Association for the Defined Amusement Area.

Please send the Victorian Showmen’s Guild the package of forms 1, 2, 3 & supporting Form 8’s along with other evidence as indicated on the forms.
Once we have approved your application, we will process your invoice, and the Society will receive the rental payment directly from the Victorian Showmen’s Guild - SASW fund on behalf of these traders.
A list of traders that have already been approved under the SASW Program can be found under the FAQ section of our website.
If a trader does not appear on this list, please ask them to complete FORM 8 to enable us,
• Collate the sub totals of FORM 1 & FORM 2 on FORM 3 and general an invoice for the total amount on FORM 3 to:
