HOURS OF OPERATION
Cohuna Show 2021
Due to Covid-19 restrictions and the Cohuna Show Society’s has made the difficult decision to run a tier-3 event and
limit the Show to volunteers, exhibitors and financial members only.
The 2021 Show will not be open to the public and therefore no amusements or carnival area this year.
The Society is determined to run a full Show next year and hopes to Members back at the Cohuna Show in 2022!
Natimuk Show
Show 2021
Natimuk Agricultural and Pastoral Society wish to advise that the 2021 Natimuk Show will be held on Saturday 27th March 2021.
Kyabram Rodeo 2021
Please be advised that the 2021 Kyabram Rodeo has been cancelled.
The committee is working towards the 2021 Kyabram Show later in the year and look forward to seeing you at the Rodeo in 2022.

City of Greater Bendigo requires a copy of all Members certificate of currency (Public Liability Insurance) prior to Thursday 18th March 2021
Please ensure a copy of your Certificate of Currency is provided to the Victorian Showmen’s Guild Office on fax: 03 9376 0505 or email vicshowmen@gmail.com prior to 12noon on Thursday 18th March 2021.
Please ensure that the City of Greater Bendigo is noted on the policy as an interested party.
SITE ACCESS FOR SET UP OF CARNIVAL RIDES AND ATTRACTIONS
Area 1 Bump in will commence from 9.00am on Thursday 1 April 2021. Security will be onsite during bump in to assist with public access. Area 2 Bump in will commence from 3.30pm on Thursday 1 April 2021. Security will be onsite during bump in to assist with public access.
CAMPING
The Bendigo Show Society has kindly made camping available to Members at the Bendigo Showground.
A fee of $25.00 per night is to be paid to the office upon arrival or to the ground staff.
Access to the Showgrounds is via the Main Gate and Gate 2.
Please Note: The Sunday Market will be operating at the Showground.
CONDITIONS
• Members are reminded to comply with the directions of the Victorian Showmen’s Guild Delegates.
• Please note that limited power will be available on site.
• If power access is not possible from your site, members must coordinate
their own generator power on site.
• The festival is a smoke free event, which includes the carnival area.
• Food vendors must ensure that they are registered with the City of
Greater Bendigo and comply with all local council regulations.
• Members must hold current Working with Children checks.
• Please protect council property and vegetation.
• Please ensure that your site is left in clean and satisfactory condition
prior to leaving.
• Recycle, organic and general waste will be made available for the
Victorian Showmen’s Guild across the festival weekend.
• Worksafe and the CFA will be onsite on Thursday during bump in and across the weekend for site inspections.
