is overseas, therefore no official report for this issue, however a few reminders for our Members.
ELECTION OF COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT
Nomination close for the Committee of Management “The Executive” 2018 on Friday 21 September 2018 at 12 noon.
The Ballot opens on Friday 5 October 2018 and closes on Thursday 8 November 2018 at 10.00am.
The nomination forms have been sent to all financial Members by the Australian Electoral Commission.
Members, please ensure that the VSG Office has your correct mailing address to avoid any delays.
Nomination forms will also be available from the VSG and SGA Offices therefore, if it is your intention to nominate to the Committee of Management, nominations will close on Friday 21 September 2018 at 12 noon.
It is now time to consider your nomination to the Committee.
GENERAL MEETING
The Victorian Showmen’s Guild General Meeting will be held in Shepparton on Thursday 11 October 2018 commencing at 1.00pm.
The meeting will be held in the meeting room under the grandstand at the Shepparton Showground (same venue as previous years).
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
The Annual General Meeting of Members will be held on Tuesday 27th November 2018, commencing at 10.30am.
Venue: Reggio Calabria Club 476 Brunswick Road
Parkville, Victoria
We encourage all Members to attend the meeting.
APPLICATION FOR NEW MEMBERS
Application for new Membership must be received 28 days prior to the Annual General Meeting of Members.
Should you wish to apply for Membership please ensure you lodge your application form and payment prior to 30th October 2018.
ANNUAL GUILD FEES 2019
The 2019 Annual Guild fees are due on 1 January 2019.
Guild fees can be paid at the General Meeting and the Annual General Meeting. Please ensure your fees are paid no later than 31 January 2019 to avoid late fees.
