Springboard Diving
Instructor Denny Dyke - Learn how to dive like the Olympians! Coach Denny is certi ed through the AAU, and is head diving coach at Lakewood, Rocky River, and Avon High Schools
Junior Diving program is designed for beginners and youngsters under the age of 13
Advanced Diving program is designed for high school age divers and youngsters with the coach’s discretion.

Lifeguard Training
Participants will earn certi cation as an Ameri- can Red Cross lifeguard. Participants must pass pre-course swim requirement on the rst day of course and be 15 years old at the end of the course.

Power Water Aerobics with Ann Schwarz
Join Ann Schwarz’s water aerobics class focus- ing on cardiovascular and strength bene ts. These classes use resistence tools such as buoyant barbells, to achieve a low impact workout great for all ages.

Babysitter’s Training
This American Red Cross class builds con - dence to hold, feed, and care for infants and toddlers, work with children safely, and deal with emergencies. It teaches lifelong entre- preneurial and career development skills.
